• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with options.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• New Zealand standard delivery: usually 2-7 business days.
• Rural New Zealand addresses: usually 3-10 business days.
• International delivery: usually 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed, but we will always work with carriers to resolve delays where possible.

4. Shipping Costs and Charges

Shipping fees are shown during checkout before you confirm payment. Any applicable taxes or duties are displayed where required by law or noted at checkout if payable on delivery.

5. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

When tracking is available, we send tracking details after dispatch. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information supplied at checkout.

• If your parcel is damaged on arrival, contact us promptly with photos of the parcel and product.
